Services We Provide

SecureKey Pros provides mobile residential, commercial, and automotive locksmith services, including lockouts, rekeys, lock repair and installation, and related hardware work, dispatched to your location. We do not operate a walk-in storefront; all service is by appointment, arranged by phone or text.

Quotes & Pricing

We provide a price for the job discussed on the phone before any technician is dispatched. That said:

• Final pricing can change if the job on-site differs from what was described on the call (for example, a lock that turns out to be more damaged than expected).
• Any change in price is explained and agreed to before work continues.
• Emergency, after-hours, and same-day service may carry different rates than standard scheduled appointments.

Payment

Payment is due upon completion of service unless other arrangements have been agreed to in advance. We accept the payment methods communicated to you at the time of booking. Unpaid balances may be subject to standard collection practices and applicable late fees.

Verifying Ownership & Authorization

For lockouts, rekeys, and lock changes, we may ask for proof of residence, ownership, or authorization (such as a photo ID matching the service address, a lease, or a property manager’s approval) before performing work. This is a standard safety practice in the locksmith industry, and we reserve the right to decline service if ownership or authorization cannot be reasonably confirmed.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

You can cancel or reschedule an appointment any time before a technician has been dispatched at no charge. Once a technician is en route, a trip or dispatch fee may apply if the appointment is cancelled. We’ll always tell you when a technician has been dispatched, so you know where you stand.

Workmanship & Warranty

We stand behind our work. If a lock or piece of hardware we installed fails due to a defect in our workmanship within a reasonable period after service, contact us and we’ll make it right. This warranty covers our labor and workmanship; it does not cover damage from misuse, forced entry, tampering, normal wear, or hardware supplied by the customer.

Limitation Of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, SecureKey Pros is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Site or our services. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded, including liability for gross negligence or willful misconduct.

Use Of This Website

When using the Site, you agree not to:

• Use the Site for any unlawful purpose or to misrepresent your identity.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Site or its systems.
• Copy, scrape, or reuse the Site’s content, photos, or branding without permission.
• Submit false information when requesting a quote or booking service.

Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, graphics, logos, and images — is owned by or licensed to SecureKey Pros and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or distribute it without our written permission.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms or our services will be handled in the courts located in King County, Washington.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continuing to use the Site or book service after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
